If your gross income is $8,000 a month you pay 30% payroll taxes of $2,400, leaving you $5,600 and a property tax bill.
Let’s take the $8,000 deduct $1,000 Pre-Tax leaving $7,000. Tax on $7,000, $2,100. Leaving you $1,000 in your account and $4,900 for a total of $5,900.

Your gross monthly income is $3,600. You pay 30% payroll taxes of $1,080, leaving you $2,520.00 in after tax income. You Pay $1,000.00 rent now you have $1,520.00 left.
Gross income $3,600 deduct $1,000 Pre-Tax Rent, leaves $2,600. Your tax on $2,600.00 at 30% is $780.00. Your monthly rent is paid, and you have $1,820.00 left.

The looters, shoplifters, car thieves, and physical assault and robbery have been steadily targeting the suburbs.

This new 5-10-25 Weapon law would require an automatic sentence of 5 years day for day, for first offense of committing a crime with a weapon. A second offense is 10-year sentence.
You will be held without bond. A speedy trial date of 30 days will be set. Convicted people will be assigned to a County Business Technology and Construction Trades Complex. A medium security institution.
People sentenced to 25 years will be transferred to a prison. If you have a prior conviction of a crime with a weapon that will be used in sentencing current crime.
Along with this new law we can build two of these complexes, one in each new county. Cook County could build a similar complex. Currently there are 5,700 people locked up in Cook County jail.
The County Business Technology and Construction Trades Complex will house 1250 convicted people sentenced to ten years or less.
The Complex will be a training facility with 2- and 4-year programs. If a person graduates from the program their sentence will be reduced in half.
With the combination of the 5-10-25 Weapon law and 2 new 1250 person facilities for offenders to be sentenced to we’re looking to turnaround First- and Second-time offenders.
Professionally trained, graduate a 2- or 4-year program, have employment secured with release.
John H Stroger Jr Hospital located at 1969 W Ogden Ave Chicago and Provident Hospital at 500 E. 51st St Chicago are the two main hospitals in the Cook County Health System. Cermak Health Services treats the 5,700 people in Cook County Jail.
There are 15 Community Health Centers. 11 in Chicago and 4 in the suburbs. Locations – Cook County Health There are 6,000 health professionals and 1,100 operations staff.
The 2022 Hospitals system budget was $4 billion dollars. That is 25% of the 16.8 billion Cook County budget.
This looks like the Chicago hospital system to me.
I understand the value of this hospital system and that’s why it should be sold to a professional hospital corporation.
A county government should not be overseeing the hospital system. With close to 500 million dollars in charity services in 2022 it’s another drain on the taxpayers of Cook County.
Selling Cook County Hospitals System will save taxpayers 4 billion dollars a year.
Professional hospital corporations are ready to buy. With taxpayers moving daily selling now is a must.
When we form the new counties, north and south, the residents of Arlington Heights and the Chicago bears will benefit greatly being in a new county.
The first day we become new counties all property tax for homeowners and business owners will be cut by 50% from what Cook County is. Cook County will keep going up.
Our first opportunity to pass a new county resolution is March 24th 2024. This date is the primary voting for state and local candidates. We will have a resolution on the ballots.
